- All orders are shipped USPS with a tracking number. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation including your shipping number. Please note that USPS is in charge of updated your package's location. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to show in their system. We ship first class ( approximately 3-7 business days within the US).
All US Orders over $15 qualify for Free USPS ground Shipping. - Privacy & Security

- Returns & Replacements
- To be eligible for a return the following has to be met:
- Security Seal on the bag cannot be opened or removed from the invoice.
- Buyer must contact EarTapers.net within 5 days of receiving the order to obtain a RMA #.
- Buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Satisfaction Guaranteed items - If you are not satisfied within 7 days of receiving your item please contact customer service to receive a new kit and or a refund. Please note: In order for a refund on these items, item must not have been worn and include all O-Rings and Pieces. - Updating Account Information

- Why do you sell products individually?
Many of our customers like to buy replacements for a missing plug or our customers only have one hole stretched. If the item notes that it is sold individually you will need to insert "2" if you would like a pair
Returns cannot be accepted after 20 days of receiving the item.
